With over 20 years of martial arts experience, Master Adam Sterner has achieved the ranking of 4th degree Blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do. He has trained in multiple styles including Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Kung Fu, Tang Soo Do, and Kickboxing.

While competing on the professional martial arts circuit, he was a member of the Sidekick International Competition Team, Electro Lite O2, and Captain as well as a member of the prestigious Team Omnitrition International. Master Adam quickly won Regional, National, and World Championships across the nation. One year after dominating virtually every tournament he attended, Adam was inducted into the World Karate Union's 1998 Hall of Fame for being the 1997 Competitor of the Year.
